Lucille McCarthy - Lucille was born in Chicago, Illinois, and relocated to Las Vegas in 1977. She has seen Las Vegas grow from a small town to a major metropolitan city. Lucille served as Director of Advertising and Marketing for one of the biggest land development/timeshare companies in the southwest. In order to work with the Nevada Real Estate Division she acquired her real estate license. This enabled her to learn the rules and regulations of the growing real estate industry. She continued working for this land development company until a year before they closed their doors in 2001. Her knowledge of land development helped her to know what was happening in the real estate business and the upcoming major building plans for the growing needs of Las Vegas. “This encouraged me to go into the residential real estate business by joining Prudential Americana and the great support of the Wendy Weiner Team. I felt this new career would help me to guide my clients in making the best choice for their future when they decide to purchase real estate.” Lucille further states, “Las Vegas is a great place to live and I will always strive to help those who want to be a part of this fabulous city. Whether your move is across state or across town, I will do my best to support your real estate goals. My wish is to make every client a client for life, so my job
isn’t done until you are completely happy in your new home!”

Cindy
Nesbitt- I was
born in Southern Illinois but moved around a lot with my parents when I was
young. I attended Jr. High and graduated from High School in Las Cruces,
New Mexico where I grew to love the dry, desert climate and warm
weather. That is where I got my first taste of Real Estate by being
involved with people "in the business". I knew then, Real
Estate was what I wanted to do. I moved to Nevada in 1988 and tried the Casino
business for a while in Reno, but knew after nine short
years that it was not for me! It took me a while to
finally realize that it was now or never, so I took correspondence courses
and got my Real Estate license! Now, I am a "desert
rat" in Las Vegas, living my dream, and I want to help others find
there dreams, too! Remember, it is never too late to achieve the
things you want most out of life! I look forward to helping you achieve
the dream of home ownership!
