We are currently in the process of selling our home and buying a new home. Unfotunately, we did not choose you to list our home. The builder we are buying from offers a program to sell your house and they will give you a percentage of the comission back. We thought this sounded like a great deal.We did not understand at the time that it really made a difference in the Realtor that you chose. We thought the most important part of real estate was listing the property on the MLS. We were not aware of the other important factors in choosing a a realtor. We have learned throught this experience the importance of choosing a Realtor that has experience, professionalism, and has the ability to close a deal in a timely manner.
