          Wendy Wiener wakes up each morning, bright and early, to the sound of a ringing cell phone. Her days start very early in order to keep up with the demands of her clients. Throughout the day Wendy accomplishes many tasks on her long list, while handling a constant flood of phone calls. She is highly depended upon by each client and those who work with her. At the end of a long day she returns home in hopes of unwinding before beginning again the next day. Originally from Liberty, New York. Wendy has been a Las Vegas resident for over 27 years. Unsure of what profession she wanted to follow, after a few sessions in real estate school, she had found her calling. Real estate required the traits in which she excelled. She had found the perfect outlet for her innate drive and persistence. "I've always been a people person" she proudly states. At the beginning of her career, she made permanent contacts by visiting neighbors door to door. She loved talking to the people but more importantly she listened to them. To demonstrate how determined she was, Wendy delivered hundreds of pumpkins to her neighbors - a continued tradition to this day. As a result, her neighborhood became a large referral source for her. People remembered her winning personality, her expertise, and of course, her pumpkins! From the beginning, Wendy Wiener has recognized the importance of a good reputation. Wanting to join an outstanding company that matched her commitment to excellence, Wendy joined Prudential Americana Group Realtors over 20 years ago. In 1995, she was inducted in the Americana Group Better Homes and Gardens Sales Associate Hall of Fame. It is one of the highest forms of sales associate recognition a Realtor can achieve. Her other awards are numerous and she holds both CRS and GRI destinations. She has been a member of the Las Vegas Multimillion Dollar Club every year since 1982. "I love real estate" says Wendy, "I never want to do anything else". She attributes much of her success to her communication skills. She has mastered the art of listening to the wants and needs of her clients. The majority of her business comes from repeat past clients and referrals. Her client base is an unbelievably large and loyal group. As a result, her business is based on its referrals. She is the ultimate professional. Her people skills, combined with her excellent negotiating techniques, makes for a winning combination! She is a superb problem solver. She has the unique capability to turn a potentially stressful buying or selling experience into an enjoyable one. Wendy feels that her two assistants and ten buyers/sellers agents are her most valuable asset, allowing her to provide her clients with the service they deserve. She believes that her responsibility continues long after the sale is completed. She is always ready with the advice for the newer agents in her office and encourages them to be persistent. "I feel that the number one fault of people who dont make it in real estate is a lack of follow up" she says. This has never been a problem for her because she gives her clients outstanding service and follow up. Wendy Wiener's diligent hard work and supportive team keep her famous, easy going attitude and her level of enthusiasm in peak performance. From time to time, she hosts champagne client-appreciation brunches. A successful as she is, she does not feel satisfies unless the people around her are happy! She says in her own words, "The most memorable moments of my career occur whenever I make clients' dreams come true."
